Folks, as I mentioned earlier in the comments, I’m facilitating a big meeting on February 27-28 in Oakland. I’m looking for someone to help support me as an associate at the meeting. This will include note-taking, some knowledge and logistical support, and also being a second pair of eyes and ears. We had someone originally lined up for the meeting, but because of some scheduling snafus, we need to find someone else.
I know that all of you have jobs, but would any of you be interested? We’d pay you for your time, and you’d be working closely with me over those two days. You’d get a chance to see firsthand how I execute a lot of the things we practice at bootcamp in a real-life setting.
Let me know if you’re interested, or let me know if you know someone who might be. Many thanks!

Okay, scrap that. Just as I pressed post, I got an email: our original person managed to shift her schedule around, and we’re all set to go.
So I’m going to reframe my request: If any of you would ever be interested in getting some real-life opportunities to practice by supporting me or others in these kinds of engagements, let me know. Please also let me know if you know of others who might be interested (as they may also be good bootcamp candidates).
Thanks!
